Israeli Man Killed in Shooting Attack Near Ramallah
An Israeli man in his thirties was killed in a shooting attack targeting Israeli bathers at a spring near the settlement of Neve Tzuf, north of Ramallah. The assailant reportedly exited a vehicle, opened fire on the group at the spring, and then fled on foot towards the Palestinian village of Deir Nizam. Israeli security forces, including the military and the special Duvdevan unit, launched a large-scale manhunt for the attacker, deploying air support and closing roads in the area. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to hold accountable all those involved in the attack, stating, "No terrorist is immune, not even those who aided them. We will hold everyone accountable, in Gaza, Lebanon, and Judea and Samaria." The attack occurred in the Benjamin region.
