Every story baba News clusters, with the side of the press each newsroom sits on, the outlets that ran it and the ones that did not. JSON over HTTPS, in English or Hebrew.
The baba News API covers 58 Israeli newsrooms publishing in Hebrew, Arabic, Russian, French and English. It differs from a general news API in three ways. It translates the Hebrew rather than returning it, so an English-only consumer can read the Israeli press directly. It clusters the outlets covering one event and returns the left, center and right split of that cluster, so a story arrives with the shape of its coverage attached. And it names the outlets that did not file, which is what makes a one-sided story visible instead of invisible. Plans start at $99 a month for 10,000 requests, with a 14-day trial that needs no card.
