IDF Eliminates Hamas Nukhba Terrorists Involved in October 7th Erez Crossing Attack
Israeli forces eliminated Sharif Shadi Ibrahim Labad, a Hamas Nukhba terrorist who infiltrated the Erez Crossing during the October 7th massacre, in an airstrike in northern Gaza earlier this week. Labad was part of the military wing of the Hamas terror organization.
In a separate operation in northern Gaza, Israeli forces also killed Youssef Saad Al-Adin Rashad Zeim, identified as a Nukhba commander in Hamas's military wing. The IDF stated that these terrorists were advancing terror plans against Israeli forces and civilians and were working to restore Hamas's capabilities, systematically violating the ceasefire.
The strikes were conducted to neutralize the immediate threat posed by the operatives. The IDF reported that measures were taken prior to the attacks to minimize civilian harm, including the use of precision munitions and aerial surveillance.
Forces under the Southern Command are deployed in the area and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threats.
