IDF Eliminates Hamas Nukhba Commander Who Led October 7th Raid
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Shin Bet announced on Wednesday the elimination of a Hamas Nukhba company commander, Muhammad Mahmoud Marshed Al-Qadi, in Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip. Al-Qadi was identified as the commander of a Nukhba company within Hamas's military wing. He participated in the October 7th massacre, leading the raid on the Sufa military post. Throughout the ongoing conflict, he was also involved in holding hostages in Rafah.
According to the IDF and Shin Bet, Al-Qadi recently led training for Hamas operatives and worked to restore the organization's capabilities. He also advanced terror plans against IDF forces and Israeli civilians, systematically violating the ceasefire. The strike was carried out to neutralize the threat he posed.
