Lawyer Shot Dead in Broad Daylight in Rishon Lezion, Suspected Client Flees

A lawyer in his 50s was fatally shot inside his office in Rishon Lezion's industrial area on Tuesday afternoon. The incident occurred around 13:05 on the third floor of an office building on Moshe Levi Street near Rozhensky Street. Witnesses reported a loud verbal argument between the lawyer and a client moments before the shooting. Emergency medical teams, including United Hatzalah and Magen David Adom, arrived quickly but found the lawyer unconscious with severe penetrating wounds to his upper body and head. Despite resuscitation efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police launched a large-scale investigation and manhunt for the suspect, believed to be the client who fled the scene within Israel. The police secured the area, collected forensic evidence, interviewed witnesses, and reviewed security footage from the building and surrounding streets. Initial findings suggest the shooting stemmed from a serious dispute, possibly legal or financial, between the lawyer and the client.
