Lawyer Shot Dead in Rishon Lezion, Police Investigate
A lawyer in his 50s was fatally shot today on Moshe Levi Street in Rishon Lezion. Emergency responders found him unconscious with a severe penetrating injury and declared him dead at the scene. United Hatzalah medics Keren Foster, Elhanan Doyev, and Tzvi Levin reported that the man was a victim of violence and confirmed his death due to the severity of his wounds. Mental health support was provided to bystanders by the organization's Hoshen unit. Magen David Adom paramedics Naftali Halberstadt and Meir Binenfeld arrived alongside police, finding the man unresponsive with no pulse or breathing. Despite medical efforts, death was confirmed on site. Police forces are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
