Conversely, several parties failed to cross the threshold, including 'Blue and White' with only 1.2%, 'HaTzibur HaHaredi' at 0.8%, 'Tzeva Shahor - Magen Olam HaTorah' with 0.5%, and 'Noam' at 0.4%.
