Israel Warns Citizens Against Travel to Sinai, Jordan, Egypt, and Other Nations Ahead of Jewish Holidays
With the approach of the Jewish holidays, Israel's National Security Council (NSC) has issued an updated threat assessment for Israelis abroad, urging heightened public awareness of potential dangers. The council strongly advised against any travel to Jordan, Qatar, and Egypt, specifically including the Sinai Peninsula.
Furthermore, the NSC recommended avoiding travel to Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Somalia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Libya, and Algeria. The advisory highlighted that countries bordering Iran remain vulnerable to hostile activities originating from within their territories due to their proximity to Iran.
