Noa Kirel Says She Is Recovering After Honeymoon Was Cut Short by Appendicitis
Singer Noa Kirel updated followers on Sunday about the medical issue that interrupted her honeymoon in Japan with her new husband, Southampton goalkeeper Daniel Peretz. In an Instagram post, she wrote, “We planned a honeymoon but my appendix did not really cooperate.”
Kirel said she is “fine” and thanked everyone who worried about her, adding, “I have a perfect husband who took care of me. Just health, amen.” She also thanked Ichilov Hospital, where she was admitted, and posted photos of herself and Peretz, some from the trip and others from the hospital.
Kirel and Peretz married in November after two years of a heavily publicized relationship. Their honeymoon had already been delayed because of packed schedules and prior commitments, including Kirel’s series of performances and Peretz’s season ending in the English league. The trip was then cut short when Kirel was flown back from the honeymoon due to appendicitis.
