Noya Kirel Hospitalized in Israel After Cutting Short Japan Honeymoon
Singer Noya Kirel and her husband Daniel Peretz finally managed to leave for their first trip as a married couple, a honeymoon in Japan, about six months after their wedding. But after landing in Tokyo, Kirel felt unwell, flew back to Israel, and was admitted to a hospital in central Israel.
She is now hospitalized in secret, and her family has asked for her privacy. The article does not specify her condition beyond saying she felt ill. The couple had only just found time for the trip after a very busy stretch in both of their careers.
Kirel had been occupied with major performances, including shows at Amphi Max Live Park in Rishon LeZion, along with other projects. Peretz, meanwhile, was in the middle of a demanding training and travel schedule, and this week he officially signed a lucrative four-year contract with Southampton.
The pair married in November in a small private ceremony in Jaffa with about 100 relatives and close friends. The next day they held a large celebration at the Hilton in Tel Aviv for about 1,000 guests, mostly from the entertainment industry.
