Noa Kirel Says Appendicitis Cut Short Her Honeymoon in Japan

Pop star Noa Kirel was forced to end her honeymoon early and rush back to Israel from Japan after feeling unwell shortly after landing. She was hospitalized at a medical center in central Israel, prompting concern among fans, and has now explained what happened.

Kirel posted photos from both Japan and the hospital, writing, "We planned a honeymoon, but my appendix didn’t really go along with it." She then reassured followers, "I’m fine, thank you all for the concern. I have an amazing husband who took care of me. Only health, amen." The post was shared on Instagram from her account, Noa Kirel Peretz.

Kirel and her husband, Daniel Peretz, who married in November, left last week for the long-delayed honeymoon after finally finding time in both of their packed schedules. Kirel had just finished two major performances at Amphi Park in Rishon LeZion, while Peretz ended the English league season with Southampton. The couple managed to land in Japan, post online, and briefly enjoy the trip before Kirel’s medical condition brought it to an abrupt end.
