Noa Kirel Fell Ill on Honeymoon in Japan, Flown Back to Israel
Pop star Noa Kirel and her husband, football goalkeeper Daniel Peretz, flew this week to Japan for their honeymoon, about seven months after their wedding. The trip ended earlier than planned after Kirel felt unwell shortly after landing and was flown back to Israel on a special flight, according to reporter Eran Suisa.
The couple had already shared a photo on social media from the start of their vacation, but their long-planned honeymoon was cut short before they could really enjoy it. Kirel was admitted to a hospital in central Israel and received immediate treatment.
Kirel and Peretz married in November after two years together. They only left for the honeymoon now because Kirel had just finished two major performances and Peretz had ended his season in the English league with Southampton.
