IDF Eliminates Two Hezbollah Operatives in Gaza

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced the elimination of two Hezbollah operatives in the Gaza Strip who were actively engaged in operations against Israeli forces. According to an IDF spokesperson, one of the neutralized militants had infiltrated Israel on October 7th and participated in holding hostages.

In operations near Gaza City, the military killed Hassan Mahmoud Siam, identified as a commander in Hezbollah's military wing. Siam had entered Israel on October 7th and was subsequently involved in the captivity of hostages in Gaza, including Amit Susannah, Kit Segal, Aviva Segal, and Dafna Elyakim.

Another strike in the Gaza City area resulted in the death of Adam Sobhi Salim Ziara, also an active member of the organization's military wing. The IDF stated that these operatives had recently been planning attacks against Israeli soldiers and civilians, attempting to rebuild the organization's capabilities and violating ceasefire agreements. Their activities included shelling Israeli forces and planting explosive devices near the "Yellow Line," a term likely referring to the Gaza border. The air strike was conducted to neutralize an immediate threat.
