IDF Reserves Uncover and Destroy Weapons Cache in Southern Lebanon Village

Reserve forces from the 55th Brigade Combat Team under the 91st Division conducted operations in the security zone near the village of Majdal Zun in southern Lebanon. During their mission to neutralize threats to Israel, the troops discovered dozens of weapons hidden within civilian infrastructure. The cache included Kalashnikov rifles, magazines, bullets, grenades, explosives, charges, anti-tank missiles, and mortar shells. In addition to seizing these arms, the forces demolished buildings used by Hezbollah in the area. The IDF stated it will continue efforts to eliminate threats against its forces and prevent Hezbollah from harming Israeli civilians.
