Anan Khalaily Set to Become Most Expensive Israeli Footballer with Inter Milan Transfer

Anan Khalaily is poised to become the most expensive Israeli footballer ever following his imminent transfer to Inter Milan, the reigning Italian Serie A champions. On Thursday, Inter officials informed Khalaily and his representatives that they had reached an agreement with Union Saint-Gilloise for his acquisition. The deal is reportedly worth around 25 million euros before bonuses. Khalaily is expected to travel to Milan within 48 hours to undergo medical examinations.

At Inter, Khalaily is projected to earn approximately 2 million euros per season, including bonuses. Maccabi Haifa, which retains a 15 percent stake in the transfer, is set to receive close to 3.5 million euros, including solidarity payments. This follows Maccabi Haifa's earlier sale of Khalaily to Union Saint-Gilloise for 7.5 million euros.
