Israel Braces for Temperature Swings Amid Localized Rain Showers

Israel is set to experience varied weather conditions over the weekend and into the coming week, according to the Meteorological Service. Friday will see partly cloudy skies with a significant drop in temperatures, particularly in the mountains and inland areas, where readings will be slightly below seasonal averages. Localized rain is expected in the north and center, with a possibility of isolated thunderstorms in the north. Winds will strengthen across most regions, and the rain is forecast to diminish by the afternoon. Friday night will remain partly cloudy, with potential for light, scattered rain along the coastal plain.

Saturday is predicted to be partly cloudy with no significant temperature changes. Light, scattered rain may occur in the north and along the coast until the afternoon. Temperatures on Saturday are expected to range from 19-26 degrees Celsius in Jerusalem and Safed, to 28-38 degrees Celsius in Eilat.

Sunday will start partly cloudy, becoming fair later in the day, with a slight rise in temperatures to seasonal norms in most areas. Monday is also expected to begin partly cloudy and turn fair, with another slight increase in temperatures.
