Israel's Meteorological Service has issued a yellow warning for thunderstorms and lightning in the north, anticipating a "mini-Yoreh" weather event. This phenomenon is expected to bring significantly higher rainfall amounts than typically seen in September. Throughout the day, a noticeable drop in temperatures is forecast, particularly in mountainous and inland areas, where readings will be slightly below the seasonal average.

Winds will strengthen across most regions, and the rain is predicted to diminish by the afternoon. Temperatures are expected to range from 19-26 degrees Celsius in Jerusalem, 26-30 in Tel Aviv, and 25-29 in Haifa.
