New Poll Shows Netanyahu's Likud Party Weakening Significantly
A new poll published Friday in the Maariv newspaper indicates a concerning trend for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, showing his Likud party further declining in voter support. If elections were held today, the hypothetical "Yashar!" party would emerge as the largest faction with 23 Knesset seats. In contrast, Likud would be reduced to just 18 seats, its lowest point in the survey.
The poll results suggest the current coalition bloc would secure 50 seats, falling short of a majority. A new list representing reservists and economic issues, "HaMeyuladad HaMeyuladad VeHaKalkalit," would successfully pass the electoral threshold, garnering 4 seats.
Other parties in the poll include "BeYachad" with 13 seats, "Democratim" and "Yisrael Beytenu" tied at 9 seats each, "Otzma Yehudit" with 8 seats, and "Yahadut HaTorah," "Shas," and the "Arab Joint List" each receiving 7 seats. "HaTzionut HaDatit" and "Zeut" would obtain 6 seats, "Ra'am" 5 seats, and "Am Israel Chai" and "HaMeyuladad HaMeyuladad VeHaKalkalit" would each receive 4 seats.
Several parties failed to cross the 3.25% electoral threshold required to enter the Knesset. The survey was conducted by Lazar Research in collaboration with Panel4ALL.
