Toddler Critically Injured After Falling Four Stories in Kiryat Yam
A two-year-old boy is in critical condition after falling approximately four stories in Kiryat Yam on Thursday. Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency medical teams responded to the scene after receiving a report at 10:57 AM. Paramedics found the child unconscious, without a pulse or breathing, and immediately began advanced resuscitation efforts.
Moshe Amsalem, an MDA paramedic, described the incident as "difficult." He stated that upon arrival, the child was found unconscious and not breathing. "We immediately began medical treatment including chest compressions, artificial respiration, and administering medication," Amsalem said. The child was transported by an MDA intensive care ambulance to Rambam Hospital, where he remains in critical condition as medical staff continue to fight for his life.
