Toddler Critically Injured After Falling Four Stories in Kiryat Yam
A shocking incident occurred in Kiryat Yam, Israel, where a toddler approximately two years old fell from a fourth-story window onto the sidewalk. Emergency medical services (Magen David Adom, MDA) responded to the scene and immediately began resuscitation efforts on the unconscious child, who was found without a pulse or breathing.
Moshe Amsalem, an MDA paramedic, described the scene as "difficult," stating that the child was unresponsive upon arrival. Medical teams initiated advanced life support, including chest compressions, artificial respiration, and medication administration. The child was then transported by a mobile intensive care unit to the hospital in critical condition, with medical personnel continuing to fight for his life.
