Israeli Arab Charged with Planning Attack on Amdocs Server Farm
An indictment was filed Thursday against Mustafa Issa, a 20-year-old Israeli citizen from Kafr Qasim, for planning a terror attack against the server farm of the technology giant Amdocs in Raanana. Issa is accused of committing offenses against state security motivated by nationalism.
According to the indictment, Issa planned to plant an explosive device at the Amdocs facility or drop it via a drone. He allegedly acquired materials for the bomb and researched methods for carrying out the attack. The indictment details his alleged intent to cause significant damage and harm.
Issa was arrested earlier this month after security forces received intelligence regarding his plans. He has been in custody since his arrest. The investigation was conducted by the Shin Bet security agency and the Israel Police.
