Israeli Man Arrested for Planning Server Farm Bombing

Israeli security forces have arrested a 19-year-old man from Kafr Qasim on suspicion of planning a terrorist attack. The Shin Bet and Israel Police announced Tuesday that Mustafa Issa was apprehended in the planning stages of an attack, reportedly influenced by the "Guardian of the Walls" events and the October 7th Hamas attacks.

During his arrest, investigators seized training equipment and airsoft weapons from Issa. His interrogation revealed that he had searched his mobile phone for combat guides and downloaded instructions for making explosives. He also reportedly attempted to construct explosive devices using various materials and shared this activity with others.

Authorities suspect Issa intended to bomb a server farm belonging to the technology giant Amdocs. He had gained access to the facility during his national service with the fire department, which may have provided him with information for his alleged plot. A statement of charges has been filed against him, with an indictment expected.

The Shin Bet and Israel Police stated they "view with great severity any involvement of Israeli citizens in activities that endanger the security of the state, and will continue to take measures at their disposal to thwart any threat and act to prosecute all those involved with the utmost severity."
