Kfar Qassem Man Charged With Planning Drone Attack on Amdocs Servers

An indictment was filed against Mustafa Issa, a 20-year-old Arab Israeli from Kfar Qassem, for planning a terror attack against the computer server farm of the company Amdocs in Ra'anana. The indictment, filed by the Central District Attorney's Office, alleges that Issa acted out of nationalistic motives, deciding to carry out an attack against a strategic target in Israel during the ongoing "Swords of Iron" war.

For approximately a year and a half, Issa allegedly planned to detonate an explosive device or drop one via a drone. To gather intelligence, he volunteered with the fire and rescue services, using his position to scout potential targets. He ultimately decided to focus on the Amdocs server farm, believing an attack there would cause severe diplomatic and economic damage to Israel.

As part of his preparations, Issa downloaded guides, files, and videos on manufacturing weapons, explosives, and lone-wolf attack tactics for training purposes. The prosecution requested that Issa be held in custody until the end of legal proceedings, citing his high level of danger, his progress in executing his plans, his motives, and what he described as his "upbringing in school to hate the State of Israel."
