More than 100 Israeli civilians entered the Palestinian village of Jalud, near Nablus in the West Bank, overnight, setting fire to Palestinian structures, vehicles, and other property. The Israeli military and police stated that the rioters blocked roads, burned tires, and threw stones at security forces. The incident occurred while the IDF was attempting to help a Palestinian family return to their home, which they had previously been forced to abandon due to harassment by rioters.
During the confrontations, three Border Police officers sustained light injuries, and damage was caused to a security forces vehicle. Earlier, two Israelis were arrested on suspicion of involvement in the disturbances.
