IDF Reports Over 100 Israeli Radicals Attacked Palestinian Village

Israeli security forces were unable to facilitate the return of a Palestinian family to their home in the village of Jalud, south of Nablus in Samaria, on Monday night, September 29. The family had previously been forced to leave their home due to repeated attacks by Israeli radicals. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that over 100 Israelis were present in the village, engaging in riots. According to the IDF, these individuals blocked roads, set tires ablaze, and threw stones at soldiers and Border Police (Magav) officers. They also set fire to Arab structures, vehicles, and other property.

During the clashes, three Border Police officers sustained minor injuries, and one security vehicle was damaged. Special riot control measures were employed to disperse the rioters. Two suspects were apprehended and handed over to the Judea and Samaria District Police. Investigators and forensic experts were dispatched to the scene to collect evidence and statements.

The IDF emphasized that such incidents divert security forces from their duties, undermine stability, and hinder operations aimed at protecting the public and preventing terrorist attacks.
