Over 100 Jewish Rioters Attack Palestinian Village, Injure Border Police

Translated & summarized from Channel 13 by baba
The story · English

Over 100 Israeli Jewish rioters descended on the Palestinian village of Jalud, near Nablus, overnight Tuesday, preventing the IDF from returning a Palestinian family to their home. The family had been forced to abandon their house following a series of nationalist criminal acts against them, the IDF spokesperson reported Tuesday morning. The rioters blocked roads, set tires ablaze, torched Palestinian structures in the village, and vandalized vehicles and other property, while also throwing stones at security forces. Three Border Police officers sustained light injuries, and damage was caused to a security vehicle. Two suspects were arrested and handed over to police for questioning.

The IDF spokesperson stated that "the security establishment strongly condemns any harm to security personnel during their duties, acts of vandalism, and damage to property. Incidents of this nature divert attention, undermine stability, and harm the defense and counter-terrorism activities of the security forces."
