Eight Injured in Multiple Road Accidents Across Israel

A 17-year-old male is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle in a commercial center in Hadera overnight between Thursday and Friday. He was found unconscious and without a pulse or respiration, suffering from a severe head injury. Paramedics performed CPR and transported him to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center.

Separately, a 27-year-old man was seriously injured when his car veered off the road and hit a tree near Gofra Beach on the Sea of Galilee. He was conscious and stable when taken to the hospital.

Thursday was a deadly day on Israeli roads, with five fatalities in a few hours. Two men in their 30s died in a collision between two private cars on Route 310 in the Negev, near Givot Bar. Later, a 70-year-old taxi driver was killed when his vehicle was hit by a bus on the Ayalon Highway. In the evening, a motorcyclist in his 30s died after being hit by a car near Kiryat Ata. Earlier that day, a cyclist in his 50s was killed by a vehicle on the border of Tel Aviv and Herzliya. An undocumented Palestinian from Nablus was arrested on suspicion of stealing a car and running over the cyclist.

In the Ayalon Highway incident, in addition to the fatality, four others were injured: one man in his late 60s sustained moderate injuries, while three others had minor injuries. Paramedics provided treatment and evacuated them to the hospital.
