Five Killed in Separate Road Accidents Across Israel in One Day

Five people were killed in a series of separate road accidents across Israel on Thursday. The first incident occurred near Givat Bar, where a collision between two private vehicles resulted in the deaths of two men in their 30s. Emergency responders described the scene as "horrific," with significant damage to both cars.

Later in the day, a cyclist was struck and killed by a vehicle in Tel Aviv. Shortly thereafter, a taxi driver, approximately 70 years old, was fatally injured when his vehicle collided with a bus on the Ayalon highway. Paramedics performed advanced resuscitation efforts before transporting him to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Three other individuals sustained minor injuries in this incident, and one person suffered moderate injuries.

In the evening, a motorcyclist in his mid-30s was killed in a crash with a vehicle on Highway 780 near Kiryat Ata. Responders found the motorcyclist unconscious with severe injuries and were unable to save him.
