Israeli Police Chief Details Dramatic Rescue of Missing 4-Year-Old Boy

Israeli Police Commissioner Danni Levi provided new insights into the intense 24-hour search for four-year-old Yuval Kogan, who went missing near Ashkelon. Levi described the initial chaos when the boy's father reported the disappearance but then left the scene.
