IDF Kills Hezbollah Terrorist Within 24 Hours After Captain David Hazut's Death
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed on Sunday that they eliminated the Hezbollah terrorist involved in the clash during which Captain David Hazut was killed. The incident occurred overnight near the village of Deir Sirian in southern Lebanon, where Golani Brigade combat troops encountered the suspect during a search operation. Captain Hazut was killed in the encounter, and another soldier was lightly wounded.
Following extensive searches in the area, the IDF located the terrorist in a nearby building and neutralized him. The military emphasized its commitment to removing all threats against its forces and preventing Hezbollah from harming Israeli civilians and soldiers.
