Teenager Drowns at Ashkelon Beach; Two Others Rescued
A 17-year-old youth, Imad Al-Kharabsha, from the Negev region, drowned at "Dalila" beach in Ashkelon on Saturday. His body was discovered by rescue teams on the shoreline Saturday morning after an extensive search that began Friday night.
Al-Kharabsha was reportedly with two other individuals when the incident occurred. One of them, a 24-year-old man, was rescued and hospitalized in serious condition. The other, a 17-year-old boy, was rescued with minor injuries and is in light condition.
