IDF Eliminates Two Hamas Operatives, Including Key Financial Officer
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted two separate airstrikes in the Gaza Strip on Thursday, eliminating two Hamas operatives. The second strike, in Khan Younis, eliminated Hassan Albatah, identified by the IDF as a sniper in Hamas's military wing. The IDF explained that these operatives were advancing terror plots against Israeli forces and civilians and were working to restore the organization's capabilities, systematically violating the ceasefire.
Both strikes were carried out from the air to neutralize immediate threats. The IDF stated that forces in the southern command are deployed in the area according to the agreement and will continue to act to remove any immediate threats.
