Top Hamas Terrorist, Released in Shalit Deal, Eliminated in Gaza
A senior Hamas operative, Farach Hamed, who murdered three Israeli soldiers during the Second Intifada and was later released in the Gilad Shalit prisoner exchange, was killed in an Israeli airstrike in Gaza. Hamed had continued to direct terrorist activities from Gaza after his release.
