IDF Eliminates Hamas Terrorist Involved in Killing Six Israelis
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed the elimination of Farah Hamad, a senior Hamas operative. Hamad was a key figure in the "West Bank Staff" infrastructure and a member of the "Silwad cell," responsible for multiple attacks that resulted in the deaths of three civilians and three soldiers.
Hamad had previously been released from Israeli custody as part of the "Shalit deal" prisoner exchange and sent to the Gaza Strip. Despite his relocation, he continued to orchestrate and advance terror attacks in Judea and Samaria (the West Bank). The IDF stated that his elimination is a significant blow to Hamas's operational capabilities in the region.
