Dean Marketing and Roasting has issued a recall for its "Strawberry Fruit Delight" and "4 Fruit Delight" jams due to consumer complaints about unusual smell and texture. The company announced the recall on Thursday, stating that it is working to collect the affected products from distribution channels.
Customers who purchased these products are advised not to consume them. The recall is being conducted in coordination with the Ministry of Health's Central District Food Service.
The affected products are "Strawberry Fruit Delight" and "4 Fruit Delight" jams, manufactured by Linwei Dashen Food Co., Ltd. in Shandong, China, and imported by Dean Marketing and Roasting 2021 Ltd. under the "Shakedia" brand. The jars contain 284 grams and have an expiration date of April 7, 2028. The relevant barcodes are 7290016276756 and 7290019297420.
