Wounded IDF Reservist Elisha Medan Joins Likud Party List
The Likud party announced Tuesday that reserve soldier Elisha Medan, who sustained life-threatening injuries and lost both legs during combat in Gaza, will be placed on the party's Knesset list. Medan, a founder of the Avigail settlement in the Hebron Hills, was critically wounded during an operation in Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza. Four of his comrades were killed in the same incident.
