Yesh Atid and Bennett Form "Yachad" Party Ahead of 2026 Elections

The leadership of the "Yachad" party, a joint venture between Naftali Bennett and Yair Lapid, has been revealed ahead of the 2026 elections. The projected top candidates include former Communications Ministry Director-General Liran Avishar Ben-Horin, MK Merav Ben Ari, former Directors-General of the Treasury and Transportation Ministries Karen Turner, and retired Major General Noam Tibon. Also slated for the top ten are MK Merav Cohen, representing Lapid, and Yonatan Shilo, representing Bennett.

Bennett's party stated that candidate placements are not yet finalized and candidates have not been notified. These positions may be contingent on whether Chili Tropper and his associates join Bennett's faction. The "Yachad" list is expected to comprise approximately 40% of the Yesh Atid party's slate.

Earlier on Saturday, the full Yesh Atid list was published, with Lapid at the helm, followed by Merav Ben Ari in second place and Noam Tibon in third. The list also includes Ram Ben Barak, Naor Shiri, Vladimir Beliak, Yorai Lahav-Hertzanu, Yasmin Sachs-Friedman, Neta Attias, Moshe "Kinley" Tur Paz, Simon Davidson, Shelly Tal, Meiron Rona, Malkai Mati, and Harkavi.

This list's unveiling follows a wave of departures from Lapid's Yesh Atid party. On Thursday, MK Karin Elharrar resigned, preceded by MKs Mickey Levy, Boaz Toporovsky, Ron Katz, and Meir Cohen. MKs Yoav Segalovitz and Eleazar Stern also left Yesh Atid, announcing runs with Ra'am and Yashar! respectively.
