Ra'am Leader Abbas Announces Party's Return to Government Coalition

Mansour Abbas, chairman of the United Arab List (Ra'am) party, announced on Sunday that the party is rejoining the Israeli government coalition. Abbas revealed that Ra'am would return to the coalition with a portfolio focused on violence and crime. He specifically welcomed Yoav Segalovitch, who he said had led the fight against crime alongside Ra'am and proven himself, to the United Arab List. Segalovitch's joining the party was presented as a significant, serious decision.

Abbas emphasized that his proposed approach is the only way for the state to defeat crime, highlighting the party's commitment to addressing these issues from within the government.
