Former MK Yoav Segalovitch Joins Mansour Abbas's Ra'am Party for Elections

Former Knesset member Yoav Segalovitch has reached an agreement to run on a joint list with Mansour Abbas's Ra'am party in the upcoming Knesset elections. The two are expected to hold a joint press conference on Monday evening to officially announce the move.

Under the terms of the agreement, Segalovitch will be placed in the second position on the Ra'am list. However, he will not become a formal member of the party, but rather will compete as part of the joint slate that the parties will formulate.

This development follows months of discussions between Abbas and Segalovitch, who previously served as a Knesset member for the Yesh Atid party and as Deputy Minister of the Interior. Ra'am views Segalovitch's inclusion as an effort to broaden the party's support base ahead of the upcoming elections.
