Intense Search Underway for Man Missing at Sea Off Haifa's Students Beach

The ZAKA organization received a report Tuesday evening about a man who entered the water at Students Beach and did not emerge. ZAKA volunteers from various units were dispatched to the scene and joined the search alongside other agencies.

According to a statement from Kaled Daher, spokesperson for the Fire and Rescue Services' Arab media division, the teams are employing various search patterns and using inflatable boats and specialized equipment for nighttime operations.

Haim Otmazgin, commander of ZAKA's special units, stated that volunteers are working in full cooperation with the marine police and Lahav, employing all available means. As of the report, there was no information regarding the man's whereabouts.
