Man Found Dead After Nighttime Search in Herzliya Marina Waters

In the early hours between Wednesday and Thursday, emergency teams conducted an extensive search for a man who entered the waters of Herzliya Marina and disappeared beneath the surface. The search involved large rescue forces, including firefighters from the Dan district and the specialized "Lahav" unit for complex rescues.

Upon arrival, the teams quickly assessed the situation and prepared divers for underwater operations. Advanced technological equipment was deployed to scan the marina's seabed, providing precise indications of the missing man's location. Two divers from the Lahav unit, assisted by a marine police boat, entered the water and retrieved the man from the identified spot.

Despite immediate medical efforts on the pier, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. The tragic outcome concluded the nighttime search operation at Herzliya Marina.
