Gaza Conflict: Israeli Strikes Kill Two, Injure Children in Khan Younis
Two Palestinians were killed and 13 others, including children, were injured in Israeli attacks on Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip on Friday. One of the fatalities was a man who succumbed to wounds sustained in a previous Israeli shelling.
Medical sources at Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza reported that one body and 12 injured individuals, among them children, were brought to the facility following an Israeli drone strike on a gathering of civilians at the Al-Samoud refugee camp in the Mawasi Khan Younis area. Earlier, a Palestinian was seriously wounded when an Israeli tank fired on the Al-Laymun area in Mawasi Khan Younis, according to a medical source.
These incidents are part of what the report describes as daily Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement that has been in effect in the Gaza Strip since October 10, 2025. The Israeli military conducted airstrikes on various areas of Gaza on Friday.
