Israeli Forces Disrupt Hamas Terror Infrastructure, Seize Rocket
Israeli counter-terrorism police, in coordination with the Shin Bet security agency, conducted a large-scale operation overnight Saturday in the village of Aqaba, located within the operational area of the Menashe Brigade. The operation targeted Hamas terror infrastructure, resulting in the arrest of ten Hamas operatives. These individuals were reportedly involved in planning terror attacks and establishing infrastructure within the village.
During searches, police discovered a rocket without a launcher. Following interrogation by the IDF, one of the detained operatives revealed the location of hidden weapons, including an M16 rifle and a significant quantity of explosives intended for improvised explosive devices. Explosive ordnance disposal teams from the Judea and Samaria Border Police neutralized the rocket, weapons, and explosives on site.
