Hezbollah Drones Target Israeli Forces; IDF Strikes Southern Lebanon

The Israeli military (IDF) reported that Hezbollah launched two explosive drones targeting Israeli forces in the southern Lebanese security zone on Tuesday morning. One of the drones was intercepted by soldiers, and no Israeli casualties were reported. The IDF described the attack as a "blatant violation" by Hezbollah and announced retaliatory airstrikes in southern Lebanon.

In response to the drone attack, the IDF ordered the evacuation of a building and nearby structures in the village of Arab Salim, stating they were located near Hezbollah infrastructure that was targeted. Israeli strikes were also reported in the Nabatiya al-Fawqa and Roumine sectors.

Separately, Israeli Railways announced that rail traffic was gradually returning to normal following an electrical grid failure that occurred overnight in the Shefaim region. The failure happened during work by the Israel Electric Company. Israeli Railways stated that its teams worked throughout the night to resolve the issue.
