Israel Air Defenses Intercept Suspected Drone Near Lebanon Border

An "Tzeva Adom" (Color Red) alert sounded in the Kfar Yuval area, close to the Lebanese border, at 4:24 AM on September 2nd. Initial reports indicated a possible drone infiltration and air defense activity. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) later confirmed that interceptor missiles were launched at a "suspected aerial target that apparently crossed the border from Lebanon." The results of the interception are still being assessed, and there were no casualties reported.

Lebanese and Iranian sources reported that Hezbollah claimed responsibility for the attack, stating they targeted sites in northern Israel with attack drones.
