IDF Intercepts Hezbollah Drone, Strikes Targets in Southern Lebanon
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced on Friday evening that its forces intercepted a drone launched by Hezbollah operatives from southern Lebanon into an area under Israeli control. The drone was shot down by commandos from the Commando Brigade. No Israeli soldiers were harmed in the incident. The IDF stated that the launch constituted a blatant violation by the Hezbollah terror organization. In response to the drone infiltration, the IDF is currently striking targets in southern Lebanon.
