Second Israeli Citizen Missing in Nepal Floods Confirmed
Israel's Foreign Ministry has confirmed that an additional Israeli citizen is missing following severe floods in Nepal's Rasuwa region. The missing individual, a 41-year-old woman, joins a 60-year-old Israeli man who has been missing since the disaster last week.
The woman, who does not live in Israel and holds a Belarusian passport, was initially classified as a Belarusian missing person. Israel's consulate in Kathmandu and the ministry's Bureau of Israelis Abroad are in constant contact with her family and are working with local authorities in an effort to locate her.
