Israeli Police Officer Details Operation Locating Missing Mother and Daughter in Argentina

Deputy Commissioner Walter Kogan, Israel Police representative in South America, spoke for the first time about the operation that led to finding 50-year-old Mali Yahalomi and her 23-year-old daughter Liel, who were located in Argentina after being reported missing in Europe. The breakthrough came when Kogan realized the two had arrived in Argentina, prompting a swift investigation that revealed they were traveling outside Buenos Aires.
