Manor Solomon Signs Three-Year Deal with West Ham for £5 Million Transfer

Israeli national team midfielder Manor Solomon has officially signed a three-year contract with West Ham United, marking a new chapter in his career. After brief stints in Spain and Italy, Solomon returns to England to join the Championship club from East London. The total transfer fee is reported at £5 million, with an additional £2 million in potential bonuses. Solomon will earn approximately £80,000 per week, excluding promotion bonuses and incentives for goals and assists. The deal was finalized through his agents Pini Zahavi, Shlomi Ben Ezra, Gilad Katz, and Ronen Katz.

This move makes West Ham the fourth English club in Solomon's career, following Fulham, Tottenham Hotspur, and Leeds United. Last season, he was loaned by Tottenham to Villarreal, where he had limited playing time, and then to Fiorentina, scoring two goals and providing one assist in 16 appearances. At 27 years old, Solomon will replace Dutch midfielder Krystian Summerville, who transferred to Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal. He will team up with West Ham's star player Jarrod Bowen, who chose to remain with the club despite their relegation.

Solomon follows in the footsteps of Israeli players Eyal Berkovic and Yossi Benayoun, who previously played for West Ham. The signing is seen as a key step in West Ham's efforts to return to the Premier League.
