Four-Year-Old Grandson of Rabbi Shalom Arush Drowns During Family Vacation in Mexico

A tragic accident occurred during a family vacation in Mexico when four-year-old Shalom Seginer, grandson of Rabbi Shalom Arush, drowned in a swimming pool. The child, son of Rabbi Asaf Seginer and Mrs. Rivka, was on a private holiday with his family when the incident happened. Local rescue teams responded promptly and performed extended resuscitation efforts, but unfortunately, they were unable to save him.
